Bradley, established the Beach Club, billed as the “most exclusive casino in the world with the most expensive restaurant on Earth.” Bradley, nicknamed “Mr. Lucky”, built the hotel in 1924 to accommodate the casino patrons of the adjacent Beach Club in style and pamper them as royalty.
